The boy and I went to the grocery today. It’s sad to me that this was my first trip out of the house since I returned state-side. But with the sickness of myself and the boys, we’ve been housebound. It was nice to have some time with just him and me. Since Baby 2.0, we haven’t really had much mommy and him time. It’s great that just going to the grocery can be a fun time out for him and he feels so helpful throwing things in the cart for me. And I do mean throwing, usually on top of the bread and eggs which are already in the cart.
As long as I stick to my budget, Sir doesn’t mind if I buy extras for the boys or for us. Today they had an Irish Cream Cheesecake on sale. As this was something I could never cook for him (my baking skills are exceedingly limited), I picked it up. I just hope he feels good enough to try it. Our colds keep cycling around on us. Tuesday we both felt better, but last night was rough and he is a mess today. The boys are pretty much back to normal though, which is good. Feeling sick and having a sick kid(s) at the same time is the worst. I am more than happy to baby my children or Sir when they aren’t feeling well, but if I am sick too, all bets are off.
And, as Sir has been under the weather, aside from the occasional grope, sexiness has been pretty limited. You would think that my horny little vagina would get the message and tone it down a bit. However, my sex drive is still in high gear. When we both finally feel up to play again, I’ll be begging to cum before my clothes are off. So that’s something to look forward to, I think.
The weather is finally making a move towards spring. The snow is melting into a glorious mass of mud across our backyard. The dog is happy. We’ll see if the warmth lasts, if so, I may have to head to the zoo for the first time this year. Especially if Sir has to head to the office this weekend. I can wear out the boys and maybe they will go to bed early so Sir and I can have a few hours together. Polar Bears and hot sex; sounds like a fun Saturday to me.
